Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams on civil roads infrastructure construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with client quality standards and project requirements
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including daily diaries, submissions, reports, and test results
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and contract administration
  • Utilizing Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, and file management skills to support project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Officer on civil roads infrastructure construction projects
  • Strong knowledge and experience with document control practices and standards
  • Excellent communication and contract administration skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and file management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Uniphi software
  • Driver's license and access to own transport
  • Ability to relocate to Kalbar, SW QLD, or willingness to self-relocate
