About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, programming, and execution of civil construction projects across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
