Job Description

The Job Coach role is to guide clients towards achieving job-readiness and unlocking employment opportunities once they are ready for work.

  • Encouraging participants through activities to find their own employment;
  • Sourcing job opportunities with local employers on behalf of our clients;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with employers to secure placements;
  • Ensuring sustainable employment outcomes for participants;
  • Documenting all activity to meet compliance requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

You will be working with a collaborative team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, focused on delivering impactful results in the diversity and inclusion space.

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or similar minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges an advantage;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders;
  • Confidence in meeting KPIs and securing long-term employment placements;
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a team-driven environment with a shared purpose;
  • Holding a current Driver's Licence.
