The Job Coach role is to guide clients towards achieving job-readiness and unlocking employment opportunities once they are ready for work.
- Encouraging participants through activities to find their own employment;
- Sourcing job opportunities with local employers on behalf of our clients;
- Maintaining effective relationships with employers to secure placements;
- Ensuring sustainable employment outcomes for participants;
- Documenting all activity to meet compliance requirements;
- Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
You will be working with a collaborative team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, focused on delivering impactful results in the diversity and inclusion space.
Qualifications- Experience in customer-facing roles or similar minimum one year's experience;
- Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges an advantage;
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders;
- Confidence in meeting KPIs and securing long-term employment placements;
- A genuine desire to contribute to a team-driven environment with a shared purpose;
- Holding a current Driver's Licence.
