We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engine Field Service Technician to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine diagnostics and repair, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- They will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on engines, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and belt replacements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex engine issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues and improve engine performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in engine diagnostics and repair.
- Strong understanding of engine systems and components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
