Job Title: Advanced Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team as an Advanced Healthcare Professional. This role requires expertise and authority to diagnose, treat, and support residents across a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To reduce avoidable hospital admissions through timely intervention and comprehensive care
  • To prescribe medications and provide specialist referrals as part of holistic treatment plans
  • To support wellness initiatives, including monitoring residents on wellness programs and following up with General Practitioners
  • To lead clinical research by collecting, analysing, and interpreting wellbeing program data
About the Role:

This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact in aged care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with Nurses, General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and other allied health professionals.
