As the Applications Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations for our corporate team, franchisees, and international customers.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert technical support on queries from diverse stakeholders.
  • Effectively register, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and requests using Service Management systems.
  • Identify and diagnose underlying causes to recurring problems, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate application enhancements with business stakeholders and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain and update Application Support procedures and instructions.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in an IT-based environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic setting, prioritizing multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Experience with IT Service Management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in supporting Business Management Solutions (ERP), preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to software upgrades and implement new applications.
  • Experience in supporting retail systems and business reporting solutions.
