Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to fill a key role in our organization. As an IT Support Professional, you will provide both onsite and remote technical support to a diverse range of small to medium businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates
  • Ensure backups and security measures are in place
  • Contribute to project implementation work
  • Document technical activities and share knowledge with the wider team
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years' experience in IT support, ideally within a fast-paced client-facing environment
  • Strong hands-on skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator)
  • Additional technical certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms
  • Experience with project implementation in a similar environment
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and endpoint security tools
