Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out software packaging and operating system imaging.
  • Implement process and technical improvements, including documentation and compliance.
  • Participate in developing technical procedures and user guides.
  • Investigate and coordinate service problem resolution around system software.
  • Install, test, and advise on new system software versions.
  • Work as part of a team to manage incidents, problems, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proactive approach, understanding business needs and developing relationships to achieve objectives.
  • Higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Good presentation and customer-facing skills.
  • High-level Windows registry administration and process knowledge.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and packaging tools like AdminStudio and AppV Sequencer.
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell and VBScript.
  • Technical documentation and oral/written communication skills.
