Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and experience with Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Tosca, Provar, and Selenium.
- Work closely with developers to resolve defects and implement fixes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing.
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
