We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead our large-scale Technology and Business Transformation releases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring meticulous tracking of all program elements, and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement disciplined project and change management processes to deliver Business and Technology strategic outcomes.
- Lead Transformation agile releases from inception to completion, providing leadership, coordination, direction, and support to Business vertical areas, Technology teams, and key program functions.
- Develop comprehensive Program Plans and Timelines, incorporating risk assessments and appropriate mitigations.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and establish mechanisms for detailed tracking and resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain a robust project governance framework.
- Balancing high-level program governance with the ability to deep dive into critical items to find resolutions.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, ensure the delivery of project deliverables, and report into senior stakeholder forums.
- Oversee release-level resourcing and financials, including budget, forecasting, and ongoing monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience as a seasoned program manager, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex transformation projects within a similar large organisation.
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery, from business case development through to execution and implementation.
- Experience in building and executing UAT plans, including tracking, defect resolution, and sign-off.
- Extensive experience and demonstrated broader understanding of the development of vision and delivery of strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
- Significant experience in definition, mobilization, and delivery of a portfolio of projects and the application of appropriate methodologies.
