Join Our Team as a Youth Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Specialist to join our team in Mount Isa. As a key member of our Youth Support Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are not supported by protective factors to lead safe, healthy, and active lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to young people who are at risk of entering the Youth Justice System
  • Develop and implement culturally responsive programs and services that meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a wrap-around service that supports young people to achieve their goals
