Talent Acquisition Advisor

This role is a key part of the recruitment process, responsible for end-to-end talent sourcing and stakeholder engagement.

  • Assist in resourcing projects with exceptional talent
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including internal and external advertising campaigns
  • Conduct interviews with managers as required
  • Leverage stakeholder management skills to better understand and prepare for future hiring needs
  • Coach managers on efficient and professional interviewing skills

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and innovative sourcing strategies. Previous experience in senior level technical, operational, and professional roles is essential.

This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Previous experience in senior level technical, operational, and professional roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges

You will be responsible for assisting in resourcing projects with outstanding talent, coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, leveraging stakeholder management skills, and coaching managers on efficient and professional interviewing skills.
