Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a recruitment professional who can lead a high-performing team and shape recruitment for a growing organization.

In this role, you will craft and execute strategic recruitment plans, work with leadership to align hiring with business objectives, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.

You will report to the Manager Human Resources Services and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned talent acquisition expert to join our team and drive successful recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent acquisition and leadership, including:

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and data analytics
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and high-performing talent pipelines
  • Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
