Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People Culture, this role will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and branding.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within professional or technical services. They will possess strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, as well as experience using eRecruitment & Applicant Tracking Systems.
This is a part-time (3 days) role that offers flexible hours and a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and support workforce planning by identifying future hiring needs and trends.
- Process & Systems: Ensure recruitment processes, systems (including JobAdder), and tools are used effectively, compliantly, and continuously improved.
- You're a recruitment professional with 5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within professional or technical services.
- You have proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- You have experience using an eRecruitment & Applicant Tracking Systems (such as JobAdder) and other sourcing platforms.
