Strategic Financial Leader

A highly experienced leader is sought to drive the financial planning and analysis function across our organisation. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing a rolling three-year operating budget aligned with our strategic goals.

Job Description

The Head of FP&A is a senior leadership role responsible for providing high-level financial advice, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring financial strategies are aligned with organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging expertise to develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that supports business growth and sustainability
  • Partnering with executive and senior leaders to provide strategic financial guidance and support
  • Analyzing complex financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Developing and maintaining effective budgetary control systems to ensure accurate and timely feedback to cost centre managers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience
  • Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling
  • Experience working at a strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy
