Civil Infrastructure Project Lead: Delivering Infrastructure Solutions

The role of Civil Infrastructure Project Lead at AECOM involves delivering infrastructure solutions that create a positive and tangible impact around the world. As a proactive and collaborative leader, you will be responsible for managing the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent Reviewer and Client Advocate: Act as an independent reviewer and client advocate on must-win decisions, providing insightful recommendations to drive project success.
- Bid Development and Management: Drive bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations.
- Compelling Submissions: Craft compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages, showcasing our expertise in delivering infrastructure solutions.
- Project Pipeline Management: Manage the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring seamless project pipeline management and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Client Collaboration: Liaise with clients and participate in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Experience: Ideally, 10 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management.
- Internal Client Relationships: Proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Infrastructure Experience: Infrastructure experience is required, preferably with a background in Civil Infrastructure, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Team Player: Proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
