Civil Infrastructure Pursuit and Proposal Lead

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Pursuits and Bids Lead to join our Civil Infrastructure team in Queensland. This role will lead the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an independent reviewer and client advocate on must-win decisions.
- Drive bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams.
- Craft compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages.
- Manage the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations.
- Liaise with clients and participate in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management. They will also have a proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Infrastructure experience is required, preferably with a background in Civil Infrastructure, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. A proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail is also essential.
