Digital Transformation Specialist: Customer Experience and Platform Lead

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences at Ubank. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing intuitive chatbot solutions, training AI, and leading cross-functional platform changes.
This role reports to the Head of Transformation, Operations, and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact with your passion for technology and data. You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams on platform changes and train our operations teams on the technical components of our platforms.
You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements across people, processes, and technology based on operational performance analysis. Your analytical mind and attention to detail will be essential in driving business process improvement and ensuring seamless and efficient customer interactions.
Average salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Required skills and qualifications include demonstrated experience in strategic operations management, digital transformation, and business process improvement, as well as experience working with chat support software and customer service platforms. You will also need to maintain and manage day-to-day relationships with third-party solution providers.
