About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and exceptionally talented Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Channel Manager to spearhead our game-changing transformation. This pivotal role is crucial to our client's digital transformation journey, focusing on revolutionising how customers engage across all touchpoints.
You'll lead the charge in mapping and optimising end-to-end customer experiences across digital and traditional channels. By collaborating with IT and marketing teams, you'll redefine how customer service is delivered, transforming siloed operations into a unified, efficient, and seamless experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive consistency and innovation in customer journeys, building loyalty and delivering real business growth
- Map and optimise end-to-end customer experiences across digital and traditional channels

Salary Information
