We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead - Customer Experience to join our team. This rewarding career opportunity offers the chance to work with a leading human services organisation, making a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring a successful transition to target state. You will play a critical role in optimising our core customer experience platform and associated management processes, leveraging your expertise in digital solutions and front-end technology to improve customer connectedness, streamline processes, and enhance the overall customer experience function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements related to customer experience and billing management.
  • Bridge Business and Technology Gaps: Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimised processes in alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and new billing system capabilities.
  • Solution Validation: Work closely with functional consultants to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Testing Coordination: Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, to validate that implemented solutions effectively address business needs.
  • Process Improvement: Apply design thinking principles to reimagine and redesign business processes, enhancing efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality results.
