About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a F&B and Event Service Expert. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the flow of guests in the dining area, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Prepare and maintain the dining area, including setting up and cleaning tables, chairs, and other equipment.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
