We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused F&B and Event Service Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and personalized.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the F&B and events team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
- Transport dirty linen to the correct area for cleaning and restock linen shelves with clean linens.
- Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
- Experience working in a customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
- Availability to work weekends, including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
