F&B Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused F&B and Event Service Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and personalized.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all dining areas, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to Marriott's high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider.
- I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or food and beverage role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.
- Availability to work weekends, including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
