As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relevant customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Townsville, Queensland, where you will be working closely with peers and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer sales and service contracts to ensure timely remediation and positive customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support the identification and qualification of leads.
  • Participate in customer initiatives to develop and maintain relevant account and portfolio plans that support ongoing relationship development.
