About this role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of managing relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives.

You will contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.

This includes taking accountability for managing inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints and leads as required.

You will collaborate with peers, team members, and key stakeholders across the channel to support the identification and qualification of leads.

You will participate in customer initiatives such as developing and maintaining relevant account and portfolio plans that support ongoing relationship development.

To be successful in this role, you will bring excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
