Account Manager Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position as an Account Manager in our organization. We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to manage relevant customer relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of managing customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.
  • Manage inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, explore sales opportunities, respond to queries, and escalate complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required.
  • Collaborate with peers, team members, and key stakeholders across the channel to support the identification and qualification of leads.
  • Participate in customer initiatives such as developing and maintaining account and portfolio plans that support ongoing relationship development and contribute to achieving financial and customer targets.
