Job Title:

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our organization.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, product management or technical support, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.

Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the role involves working closely with international vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and introduce new products aligned with customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing and launch planning
  • Deliver product training and support to internal teams and resellers
  • Support inventory management and product lifecycle planning
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Provide insights for product line improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product management, account management or technical support in the solar or electrical industry (non-IT)
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills – verbal and written
  • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-focused and analytical, with basic financial understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), G Suite, and Dropbox
