Business Development Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships with luxury villa owners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business and partner goals.
  • Establish and maintain quality data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate for contracting and production purposes.
  • Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including effective communication with internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Drive incremental sales through promotional campaigns - negotiating and contracting exclusive discounts and value ads.
  • Analyse post-campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, reviewing performance and offering insights to optimise revenue.
  • Work with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional success.
  • Investigate instances where rates are uncompetitive and liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
  • Foster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, with a focus on new supply.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in designated regions.

  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end travel sales process.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ensure accuracy of all contracted data for the creative team.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and take on new projects aligned with business needs and growth.
