Cost Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. You will be responsible for assisting with feasibility studies, cost benchmarking, and early-stage financial modeling.

A key aspect of this role is supporting the validation of contractor progress claims and contributing to the preparation of detailed cost reports and budget monitoring tools.

This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in claims and disputes analysis, including project variations, cost of delays, and time-related claims.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant experience as a quantity surveyor or in cost roles, with knowledge of claims and disputes. Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or equivalent are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing feasibility cost plans, cost benchmarking, and early-stage financial modeling.
  • Support contract administration processes, including the validation of contractor progress claims.
  • Contribute to the preparation of detailed cost reports and budget monitoring tools.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a quantity surveyor or in cost roles, with knowledge of claims and disputes.
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or equivalent.
