Our team is seeking an experienced Cost Recovery Specialist to join our Scheme Management group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on cost recovery matters.

The Cost Recovery Specialist will work closely with finance and audit teams to ensure the smooth completion of the cost recovery process. This involves contributing information towards financial and annual reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing guidance on sound analysis of financial and non-financial information.

  • This position requires significant experience in a similar government cost recovery role, preferably in a government and/or insurance context.
  • Understanding of workers compensation in a government context would be an advantage.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold Australian citizenship, possess a character clearance, undergo employee health declaration, and meet six months probationary period for new engagements. A Baseline Security Clearance is also required.
