As aSenior Cruise Product Specialist, youwill report to the Head of Product, and be responsible for the creation, delivery and display of innovative, exclusive products for our agent partners to increase company sales and revenue. As a senior member of the product team, support team members while maximising efficiency and productivity

The role involves:

• Product, development and packaging including developing and maintaining competitive, accurately priced custom packages with value adds, and ensuring innovation and market competitiveness
• Build and load custom packages across booking and website platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, clear features, smooth booking flow, and engaging product displays
• Support product management by updating website content, managing rules (fare markups, commissions), setting up promotions, and reviewing supplier fares for accuracy
• Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining calendars, completing requirements, ensuring products are bookable, and keeping sales updated
• Manage design assets and image library, ensuring accurate, approved content and supporting materials are delivered for packages, promotions, and eDMs
• Manage promotional allocations and groups by setting up and maintaining groups, monitoring sales, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring accurate booking engine functionality, and providing performance reports
• Lead and support the product team, handle queries, explore new opportunities, monitor competitors, and ensure efficient coverage and operations

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry
• Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail, are good at problem solving and work well under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
• Comprehensive computer skills and confidently learn new computer systems (Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience is an advantage)
