
Senior Clinical Nurse Leader

A dynamic and experienced nurse is sought after to take on a leadership role within our rehabilitation team.
This key position involves the day-to-day operational, clinical and resource management, focusing on quality and patient safety, staff development, and maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources.
- Mentor and lead a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff.
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.
- Contribute to organisational strategy and improve procedural service provision.
- Provide clinical support and care to patients.
To succeed in this position, you will have a strong background in clinical leadership, either as a Nursing Manager or as a senior nurse looking to step into a management role.
You will possess exceptional communication skills and be able to inspire, motivate, and mentor your team.
Key Requirements- Relevant registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in acute or rehabilitation nursing.
- Effective management of rostering processes and allocation of duties.
- Post-graduate studies in an appropriate specialty highly regarded.
