Senior Clinical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to take on a senior clinical management role within our rehabilitation leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of clinical practice by managing day-to-day operational clinical and resource needs with a focus on quality and patient safety.
- Provide mentorship, leadership, and support to a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff.
- Collaborate with other managers to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.
- Contribute to organisational strategy, improve procedural service provision, and achieve departmental and hospital strategic objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will possess strong clinical leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
You will be a leader with a passion for seeing your team members succeed and grow while bringing a commitment to outstanding patient care and service.
Requirements:- Relevant registration with a national healthcare regulatory body.
- Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in acute or rehabilitation nursing.
- Effective management of rostering processes and allocation of duties for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Post-graduate studies in an appropriate specialty or management qualifications highly regarded.
- Commitment to improvement and excellence in delivery of outcomes.
- WHS responsibility and leadership in risk minimisation.
- Ongoing activity analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and implement sustainable change.
