Senior Clinical Leader

Are you a senior Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role? This position is ideal for those who can work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Our expert care team of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain professional working relationships with VMO partners using a customer service mindset to enable high quality patient outcomes.
- Provide operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient management by coordinating evidence-based nursing care.
- Be accountable and responsible for daily management of human, financial and material resources.
- Coordinate and drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Undertake direct patient care as required.
- Mentor staff.
Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children's check
- ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience desirable
- Experience in Scrub Scout/ Robotics specifically
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus time management and prioritisation
