As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering informative and engaging training sessions to customers, facilitating their learning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and clean up of training rooms and equipment, as required.

  • Deliver training sessions to customers, focusing on pet care and products.

  • Facilitate customer learning, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, building memorable relationships with customers.

  • Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services, sharing knowledge with customers.

  • Contribute to a fun, supportive culture, ensuring team members enjoy coming to work.

  • Maintain a strong safety mindset, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Requirements

  • A passion for animals and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Experience in dog training or a similar retail environment.

  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and team members.

  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift products up to 20kgs.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
