Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Wintringham's South Eastern Office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Home Support Manager and coordinators, including developing and maintaining administration functions and program records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Home Support Manager and coordinators
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain administration functions and program records
- Manage office petty cash and monitor clients' trust money
- Enter admissions, discharges, and client movements into Epicor and other data-based systems
Requirements:
- Excellent administration skills and previous experience in a similar role within aged care/health care
- Strong financial management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills and a caring approach
About Wintringham:
Wintringham is a specialist not-for-profit organization providing aged care, housing, and related support services to men and women aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness.
