**Description**:
About the Role

Arborgreen are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Experience Officer at our Braeside Office.

As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will play an essential role in maintaining day-to-day relationships with our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience by leveraging strong critical thinking, data analysis, and research skills to maximize revenue opportunities through comprehensive solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and rapid response.
- Document customer interactions, process orders, and generate quotes with attention to detail.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide personalized solutions for customer requests, utilizing research and critical thinking.
- Utilise data to improve service delivery, provide internal feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Resolve complaints, convert dissatisfied customers, and meet performance metrics.
- Contribute to team meetings and operational improvements.
- Follow communication procedures and collaborate with product specialists for best-in-class support.
- Identify value-added service opportunities and collaborate for revenue generation.
