As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough evaluations of our solution set with prospective and existing customers.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to influence market trends and champion digital transformation initiatives.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:
- Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), preferably with expertise in Revenue Operations, Document Generation, e-Signature, CPQ, or Contract Lifecycle.
- Proven success in leading complex sales endeavors to IT and business leaders while collaborating with multiple partners like Salesforce and delivery partners.
- Consistent attainment of sales targets.
- A passion for hunting in greenfield territories and building your business from scratch.
- Strong listening skills and business acumen to deeply understand customer challenges.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan to exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Establish and nurture executive relationships with prospects, customers, and mutual GTM partners.
- Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with net new customers and existing clients.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across sales opportunities, including customers, sales engineers, delivery partners, system integrators, and other software vendors.
- Ensure customer engagements focus on complete solutions from all parties involved.
- Help customers identify real business challenges and opportunities that drive robust business deals for Conga and its partners.
- Provide trusted thought leadership to target accounts, maintaining relationships that fuel upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues inside and outside the organization.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software sales, with a track record of successfully managing and closing large, complex deals.
- Proven selling success in technical, multi-product environments.
- Consultative and solution selling expertise.
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional listening skills to overcome objections and turn skeptics into enthusiastic customers and brand ambassadors.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Collaborative approach prioritizing team goals over individual objectives.
