Care Worker for Individuals with Disabilities

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in Bowral.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with our participants to promote their choice and control in daily activities, provide personal care with dignity, and follow behaviour support plans to help them live more independently.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience as a Disability Support Worker, is available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, and holds a valid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a car.
Key responsibilities include driving participants to community events, appointments, and shopping, and assisting them in achieving their goals outlined in their NDIS plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence
• Access to a car
• Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
