**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable **female Disability Support Worker** to support one of our participants in the **Penrith area**. This role involves providing assistance with daily living activities, community access, while encouraging independence and building positive connections.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Encourage independence and skill-building
- Maintain professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment
- Follow NDIS guidelines and company policies

**Requirements**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) - desirable
- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker - preferred
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car - desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable
