Support Worker for Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to provide personal and domestic care to clients who live with disability, and demonstrate a passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in the related field
  • Cantonese and English speaking
  • Good communication skills

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services or Individual Support is preferred, as is a satisfactory Australian National Police check, NDIS Worker clearance check and Working with Children Check. A current First Aid and CPR certificate is also essential.

This is a casual position, requiring availability on Fridays from 12-2pm. If you have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and meet the requirements outlined above, please apply.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.46 per hour.

This role is based in person, with a focus on providing high-quality support to our clients.
