Senior Client Services Manager

The Principal Insurance Adviser role involves providing high-level service and advice to clients through personal interaction, client reviews, and education services.

They will have demonstrated formal experience leading a team of Advisers, with relevant coaching and development capabilities.
Key skills include advanced interpersonal relationship skills, strong analytical skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
Additional requirements include high energy levels, new client engagement skills, lateral thinking capabilities, and commercial aptitude.
