As an International media agency with a global presence, we specialise in delivering data-driven media strategies that enable brands to meaningfully connect with their audiences. Right now, we are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead across three large brands.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Senior Client Services Manager, you take charge in managing and strengthening client relationships, from handling briefs and resolving challenges to overseeing client management plans and ensuring clear, consistent communication at every stage. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities for business development and adding value to our clients. Beyond client engagement, you will take charge of the internal briefing processes, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest quality of outputs. You will also play a key role in campaign analysis, contributing to the achievement of group budgets and supporting overall business growth.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- 5+ years of experience with client relationship management and client services in the advertising industry
- Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to speak persuasively and confidently
- Ability to understand client objections, challenge assumptions and develop solutions
- Skilled in time management and organisation
- Understanding of budgets and ability to recognise growth opportunities
- Up-to-date awareness of media and technology trends
- Knowledge of all clients, strategy, design, partnership & SBU planning systems
