Job Opportunity: Senior Client Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing senior client relationships and leading a team of direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have an expert-level understanding of the media industry and a comprehensive understanding of our clients' businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients
  • Lead external agencies in delivering integrated projects
  • Ensure seamless connectivity, consistency, and timely delivery of responses to briefs
  • Manage business development, deliver service propositions to clients, and oversee end-to-end management of individual clients
  • Own client relationships as per defined relationship strategies
  • Proactively identify client development opportunities, flag specific cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Drive commercial and service ownership of client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and profitability of accounts
About You:
  • You will possess excellent client service skills, ability to gain trust and confidence
  • Be people-focused with a nurturing and warm style, able to get the best out of people
  • Have proven ability to build trust quickly, enable teams, and support them
  • Have working experience with TV, OOH, and Digital Planning tools
  • Have previous primary focus on channel planning, including production of supporting documentation
  • Confidence and competence delivering on large, fast-moving, high-volume accounts
