About the Role

This contract position is ideal for an early career brand professional seeking accelerated growth or a seasoned marketing expert ready for a new challenge.

You will have a passion for high-quality brands and experience in project management.

You will need to be commercially savvy with a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate winning strategies for beauty and personal care brands, including long-term plans.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing aspects of growth plans, ensuring timely execution.
  • Work with global brand owners to ensure key initiatives can be deployed to advance growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to establish strategies to win with key customer partners.
  • Participate in category review processes and customer engagement sessions.
  • Deliver sales and market share goals.
  • Develop and deliver all stage-gate projects and marketing communication plans.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or commerce.
  • 2-3+ years' experience as a brand manager/assistant brand manager or equivalent role, preferably in FMCG.
  • A high level of attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing integrated communication strategies and managing P&Ls.
  • Influencing and interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and ability to drive performance.
