About the Role:

  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
    • Creating engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design.
    • Providing training and guidance to junior team members on marketing principles and techniques.
  • A key aspect of this role is to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
