We are seeking a professional to collaborate with our team in Victoria, BC. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing client relationships through exceptional service
  • Organize internal renewal strategy meetings
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Prepare client documents, including Renewal Summaries and Proposals
  • Monitor project expiries and outstanding information
  • Update spreadsheets and contractor equipment
  • Liaise with marketing on placements and policy changes
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Insurance License
  • 3-5 years Commercial Lines experience; construction experience an asset
  • CAIB, CIP, FCIP or CRM designation considered an asset
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
