Job Title:

Senior Consultant Learning & Capability

About the Role:

This position involves collaborating with a team to enhance business performance and capability through learning and development programs.

Strategically aligned investments will be made in individual, team and organisational development, leveraging infrastructure and frameworks that support career progression.

The Senior Consultant will lead strategy and implementation plans for targeted capability development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Significant experience in strategic capability development
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing division-wide future-focused capability strategies
  • Previous experience building learning pathways
  • Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks for targeted capability development and career progression
  • Project Management experience establishing project plans and tracking performance and impacts
  • Advanced communication and consulting skills
  • Proven communication and consulting skills across stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile environments is desirable
