About the Opportunity

NAB is committed to helping businesses thrive and grow in Australia. As an SME Market Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and drive customer advocacy
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective plans to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Retail Branch, and Broker network
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet client needs

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Salary: Estimated $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
