Sr. Business Solutions Manager

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and optimize business processes.

The primary focus is on enhancing commission governance within Personal Banking, ensuring seamless lending operations and risk-conscious decision-making.

To achieve this, the Sr. Business Solutions Manager will lead enhancements in commission governance, conduct quality assurance reviews, and develop infrastructure to support commissions operations.

Additionally, they will oversee commission uplift initiatives from policy design to implementation, act as a subject matter expert for commission-related queries, and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in Home and/or Business Lending Products to inform commission governance strategies
  • Apply strong governance skills with analytical mindset and business acumen to drive process improvements
  • Foster relationships internally and externally through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Develop proactive approaches to enhance processes and controls, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
